We deliver to France and the European destinations listed below. The available options and their costs are confirmed before payment, based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.
Free Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop delivery from €49.99
In France, delivery with Mondial Relay or Shop2Shop is free from €49.99 in purchases. This threshold is calculated based on the amount of the items after discounts have been applied, excluding delivery costs. The offer is automatically applied to these two delivery methods when they are offered for your address. Other delivery methods, including Chrono Relais 13 and Chrono Relais Europe, remain chargeable regardless of the order amount.

Preparation and shipping
Your orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times in France
- Standard: 3 to 4 days after your order has been shipped.
- Express: 1 to 2 business days.
- Mondial Relay: estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days after collection by the carrier.
ChronoPost and Shop2Shop service delivery times
The transport times below begin when the parcel is collected by Chronopost, after your order has been prepared. These services are offered to destinations served by mainland France.
- Chrono Relais 13: delivery announced for the next day before 1 p.m. after collection. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Shop2Shop: estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days after collection at a Pickup relay point. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Chrono 13 home delivery: delivery announced for the next day before 1 p.m. after collection. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Chrono 18 home delivery: delivery announced for the next day before 6 p.m. after collection. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Exceptions based on destination and delivery days
- Chrono Relais 13: some coastal islands may require an additional day. For Corsica, a parcel collected on Saturday is announced for Tuesday; a parcel handed over the day before a public holiday is announced for the day after that public holiday.
- Chrono 13 home delivery: some coastal islands may require an additional day. In Corsica and the day after a public holiday, the 1 p.m. time slot is not guaranteed: delivery may take place during the day without a guaranteed time slot.
- Chrono 18 home delivery: Corsica and some coastal islands may require an additional day. The day after a public holiday, delivery may take place during the day without a guaranteed time slot.
Delivery times to other European destinations
Chrono Relais Europe: estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 days after the parcel is collected by Chronopost, depending on the destination. Possible customs formalities may affect delivery.
Home delivery in Europe: the delivery time depends on the country and the transport service. Before ordering, ask us about the delivery time for your destination by writing to us at contact@mapierrenaturelle.fr.

Import costs outside the European Union
Depending on the destination country's regulations, customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees may be charged to the recipient. These possible costs are separate from the delivery costs displayed in our shop.
Choose your Mondial Relay pickup point
You choose your relay point or automated locker during the standard checkout process, before finalizing your order.
- Choose "Pickup point" from the delivery options.
- Enter your city or postal code.
- Select your relay point or automated locker on the map or in the list.
- Check the selected point, then pay for your order.
If an express checkout hides the "Pickup point" option, return to the standard payment form to choose your relay point.
Choose your Chronopost or Shop2Shop relay point
For Chrono Relais 13, Shop2Shop, and Chrono Relais Europe, the relay point is chosen after payment, on the order confirmation page.
- Select the relay point service offered for your destination: Chrono Relais 13, Shop2Shop, or Chrono Relais Europe.
- Finalize your payment, then stay on the order confirmation page.
- Choose your relay point on the map provided and confirm your selection.
