Delivery charges and the Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop offer

In France, delivery with Mondial Relay or Shop2Shop is free on purchases of 49,99 € or more. This threshold is calculated on the value of the items after discounts, excluding delivery charges. The offer applies automatically to these two delivery methods when they are available for your address. Other delivery methods, including Chrono Relais 13 and Chrono Relais Europe, remain chargeable regardless of the order value.

In France, below this threshold, delivery costs 4,99 € with Mondial Relay and 5,40 € with Shop2Shop. Chrono Relais 13 remains chargeable at 10,80 €, regardless of the order value. For home delivery, standard delivery remains 7,99 €, express delivery 10,99 €, Chrono 13 23,40 € and Chrono 18 19,20 €.

To the European Union excluding France, standard home delivery costs 22 €. To the other European destinations served, it costs 29 €. These home deliveries remain chargeable regardless of the order value.

Chrono Relais Europe is offered in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, as well as Switzerland. This service costs 22 € in the relevant European Union countries and 29 € in Switzerland, regardless of the order value. Other European destinations are served by home delivery.

Rates, collection point selection procedures and available services are detailed on our Delivery page and in our shipping policy.

Imports outside the European Union

Depending on the destination country's regulations, the recipient may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees. These possible charges are separate from the delivery charges billed by our store.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal

For your online purchases as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw without having to give a reason. This period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the bracelet. If a single order includes several items delivered separately, the period begins on the day after receipt of the last item.

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, the period is extended until the next working day.

Informing us of your decision

You can, in particular, inform us of your decision by sending a statement clearly expressing your wish to withdraw to contact@mapierrenaturelle.fr or by post to the address below. You may use the model form on this page, but its use is not compulsory.

It is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires. To help identify your purchase, you may provide your name, order reference and the items concerned.

The “Exercise my right of withdrawal” link at the bottom of the site opens your customer account. Sign in to view your order and the options offered for it. If the option you are looking for does not appear, or if you prefer to contact us directly, you can inform us of your decision by email or post using the methods above. You do not need to use a customer account to inform us of your withdrawal.

Returning the items

After informing us of your decision, return the items without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, to the following address:

Ma Pierre Naturelle
Ghoslene Daiag, sole trader (EI)
1160 chemin des Combes
06600 Antibes
France

The return deadline is met if the items are dispatched before it expires. Suitable packaging helps protect the bracelets in transit.

Return costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the items when exercising your right of withdrawal.

This rule applies only to withdrawal. It does not apply when exercising the statutory guarantee of conformity: bringing an item into conformity is free of charge for you, including any necessary collection, return or replacement costs.

Refunds

Amounts due following withdrawal are refunded without undue delay and no later than within 14 days after you communicate your decision. The refund may be withheld until we recover the items or receive proof that they have been dispatched, whichever occurs first, unless we offer to collect the items ourselves.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund includes standard delivery charges. Additional costs for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery that you expressly selected are not refunded.

The refund uses the same payment method as your order, unless you expressly agree to another method, at no cost to you.

A question about an item you have received?

To report an item damaged on receipt, a lack of conformity or an order error, email contact@mapierrenaturelle.fr with details of the order and item concerned. We will explain the handling and return arrangements.

The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit your rights under the statutory guarantees. You are not charged the necessary costs of bringing an item into conformity.

7. Statutory guarantees

Ghoslene Daiag, sole trader (EI), trading as Ma Pierre Naturelle, is responsible for the statutory guarantees applicable to the bracelets sold. You can request that these guarantees be honoured at contact@mapierrenaturelle.fr or by post to 1160 chemin des Combes, 06600 Antibes, France.

Bringing an item into conformity is free of charge for you. You are not charged any necessary costs of collecting, returning or replacing a non-conforming item.

Statutory guarantees notice

The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the benefit of the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, and not the date on which it appeared.

Where the sales contract for the goods provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for a period exceeding two years, the statutory guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the scheduled supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service, and not the date on which it appeared.

The statutory guarantee of conformity requires the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.

The statutory guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to them.

If the goods are repaired under the statutory guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee.

If the consumer requests repair of the goods but the seller requires replacement, the statutory guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date the goods are replaced.

The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while retaining the goods or terminate the contract and receive a full refund in exchange for returning the goods, if:

1° The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;

2° The repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days;

3° The repair or replacement of the goods causes significant inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the installation costs of the repaired or replacement goods;

4° The lack of conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity.

The consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the goods or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination. In that case, the consumer is not required to request repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.

The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.

Any period during which the goods are unavailable for use for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the repaired goods are delivered.

The rights mentioned above arise from Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.

A seller who, in bad faith, obstructs the application of the statutory guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to 300 000 euros, which may be increased to 10 % of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if they keep the goods or a full refund in exchange for returning the goods.

8. Complaints and consumer mediation

For any complaint, email contact@mapierrenaturelle.fr or write to the business address given on this page.

As of the date this page was updated, Ma Pierre Naturelle's membership of a consumer mediation scheme has not yet been finalised. The contact details of the competent mediator will be published once this membership has been confirmed.

This situation does not limit the consumer's statutory rights or their right to bring proceedings before a competent court.

Information about the processing of your data and how to exercise your rights is provided in Ma Pierre Naturelle's privacy policy .
