We deliver to mainland France, including Corsica and excluding French overseas territories, and to the European destinations listed below. The available options and their prices are confirmed before payment, based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.
Free Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop delivery on purchases of 49,99 € or more
In France, delivery with Mondial Relay or Shop2Shop is free on purchases of 49,99 € or more. This threshold is calculated on the value of the items after discounts, excluding delivery charges. The offer applies automatically to these two delivery methods when they are available for your address. Other delivery methods, including Chrono Relais 13 and Chrono Relais Europe, remain chargeable regardless of the order value.

Preparation and dispatch
Your orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery times in France
- Standard: 3 to 4 days after your order is dispatched.
- Express: 1 to 2 working days.
- Mondial Relay: estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days after the carrier takes charge of the parcel.
Chronopost and Shop2Shop delivery times
The transit times below begin when Chronopost takes charge of the parcel, after your order has been prepared. These services are available to the destinations served in mainland France.
- Chrono Relais 13: delivery is scheduled for the next day before 13 h after the parcel is taken into the carrier's charge. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Shop2Shop: estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days after the parcel is accepted at a Pickup collection point. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Chrono 13 home delivery: delivery is scheduled for the next day before 13 h after the parcel is taken into the carrier's charge. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Chrono 18 home delivery: delivery is scheduled for the next day before 18 h after the parcel is taken into the carrier's charge. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Exceptions depending on the destination and delivery days
- Chrono Relais 13: some coastal islands may require an additional day. For Corsica, a parcel taken into the carrier's charge on Saturday is scheduled for Tuesday; a parcel handed over on the day before a public holiday is scheduled for the second day after that public holiday.
- Chrono 13 home delivery: some coastal islands may require an additional day. In Corsica and on the day after a public holiday, the 13 h delivery time is not guaranteed: delivery may take place during the day without a guaranteed deadline.
- Chrono 18 home delivery: Corsica and some coastal islands may require an additional day. On the day after a public holiday, delivery may take place during the day without a guaranteed deadline.
Delivery times to other European destinations
Chrono Relais Europe: estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 days after Chronopost takes charge of the parcel, depending on the destination. Any customs formalities may affect transit.

Import charges outside the European Union
Depending on the destination country's regulations, the recipient may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees. These possible charges are separate from the delivery charges displayed by our store.
Choosing your Mondial Relay collection point
You choose your collection point or locker during standard checkout, before finalising your order.
- Choose “Collection point” from the delivery options.
- Enter your town or postcode.
- Select your collection point or locker on the map or in the list.
- Check the selected location, then pay for your order.
If accelerated checkout hides the “Collection point” option, return to the standard checkout form to choose your collection point.
Choosing your Chronopost or Shop2Shop collection point
For Chrono Relais 13, Shop2Shop and Chrono Relais Europe, the collection point is chosen after payment, on the order confirmation page.
- Select the collection point service offered for your destination: Chrono Relais 13, Shop2Shop or Chrono Relais Europe.
- Complete your payment, then remain on the order confirmation page.
- Choose your collection point on the map provided and confirm your selection.
